The Edmonds Arts Festival Foundation has elected three new Board officers: Beth Sanger, Vice President, Kirsten Paust, Secretary, and Kim Palmer, Board Member. Once again the Edmonds Arts Festival Foundation awarded scholarships to students who are working toward a college degree in the arts. To be eligible, a student must be a senior, or have attended school, in a high school within the Edmonds Schools boundary; or are presently or have been enrolled in Edmonds College.
