Your report, including comments you share, helps us to understand the impact your project had on both students and educators -- and how you can use this experience (or equipment) in future art instruction. Any questions not pertaining to your specific grant, please enter N/A in the answer space. You are requested to submit your report within 2 weeks of grant project completion. There are drop boxes in the following form to submit copies of receipts and available photographs. There is also a release document to copy/submit for photographs of students (faces), allowing the Foundation to use the picture in its Yearly Report or in related news articles.
