It takes a village to have a world-class Arts Festival!
Please join us by volunteering for the 2013 Edmonds Arts Festival June 14-16, FATHER’S DAY WEEKEND.
If you cannot apply online, you can also sign up at the Edmonds Saturday Market on May 11, 18 or 25.
Maybe you would like to help at the KIDS’ CORNER, inspiring young artists to make projects they can take home.
Being a GREETER, you can welcome and direct Festival visitors to their destination.
Perhaps you know the Festival like the back of your hand and would like to help in one of the INFORMATION BOOTHS.
Selling the creative works of art in the JURIED GALLERIES is always a joy, as you get to spend time with pieces you only wish you knew how to make!
How would you like to help serve a THANK YOU DINNER to our amazing artists who come from all over the Northwest to help us have a magnificent Festival?
Perhaps you would rather do things behind the scenes. You could help with FIELD SET-UP before the Festival, or you could check art in or out for the JURIED GALLERY.
You might want to try your hand at the FESTIVAL STORE, which sells logo-ware.
What about being a BOOTH SITTER for artists who need a quick break?
Maybe you would like to help direct and monitor PARKING.
If you are unsure how you would like to help, simply tell us the date and time you are available and we will place you where you are needed the most.
We have 430 volunteer opportunities. We hope you will once again take time out of your busy schedule to help make the Edmonds Arts Festival an overwhelming success!
Kids’ Creative Corner
Assist and inspire young artists create fun craft projects that they can take home.
Artist Booths
Booth Relief: Assist the artists by supervising their booth when they need a break or to run a quick errand.
Field and Plaza setup: Would you like to help with the physical setup of the Frances Anderson Field and the Plaza the night before Opening Day?
Hospitality
- Assist the artist by monitoring their booth while they get some lunch or run a quick errand.
- Work as a Greeter at the front entrance and at the bus stop, directing people to their final destinations
- Serve a continental breakfast to the artists as they kick off their day.
- Come and help serve a”Thank you” dinner honoring our amazing artists, who come from all over the Northwest to create a magnificent Festival.
- Work in the Volunteer room putting snacks out for the hardworking Volunteers.

Juried Galleries
Sell the created works of art on display in the Juried Gallery. Spend time with fantastic photograhs, paintings, sculpture and art you only wish you could create! Hosting, selling, cashiering, art checkin and art checkout.
Information Booths
Do you know the Festival like the back of your hand? You will be a great asset working in the Information Booth, either on the Field or on the Plaza. Supervise collection of tickets for prize giveaways.
Festival Store
Sell cool shirts, hats, jackets and other items imprinted with the Edmonds Arts Festival logo!
Student Galleries
The Student Exhibit involves over 1,000 pieces of artwork from children in Kindergarten through 12th grade in the Edmonds School District. The exhibit is a great experience for our young artists, and with your help they receive the praise and encouragement to further develop their creative talents.
